Gunna is a seasoned legal advisor in estate planning and art collection management. She counsels foreign and domestic clients in matters relating to estate planning, probate, and the taxation and administration of trusts and estates. She represents her clients in disputes involving art and artifacts, including claims involving provenance, authenticity, and export law. She has successfully defended her clients in authenticity disputes over the artworks of Keith Haring, Victor Vasarely. Gunna has been retained to represent a collector in a 1 mln US dollar artwork purchase deal and assisted her client by advising and structuring a deal for the sale of an art fair.

Gunna regularly counsels clients on the investigation and resolution of claims involving provenance, cultural property, authenticity, and copyright issues.

Gunna has been a speaker at various legal seminars and academic courses dedicated to art law and Intellectual Property matters and is an evaluator and judge at ICC Moot Court Competition for the Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies and the International Bar Association, a member of American Transportation Lawyers Association, UK based A-law, Asociación de Escritores y Artistas Españoles, Association Belge pour la Protection et le Développement du Droit d'Auteur.
In a personal capacity Gunna is actively involved in a number of organizations and fundraising initiatives supporting important art and wildlife protection projects, is a Trustee at the UK based Tigers4Ever Board of Trustees and volunteers at A-law, UK Centre for Animal Law.
