Gallery has responsibility over their work and one of the artists, therefore it is copyright laws that have to be observed at all times, and agreements have to be created to establish legitimate rights to publish artworks for exhibition purposes.

Curator has to be aware of the artist's rights and whether it is for a solo exhibition or the organization of a big art event, the moral, and economic rights of the author should always be taken into account.
Common situations to avoid
Trying to create an agreement that is too restrictive to the artist or an agreement that leaves space for broad interpretation of the same.
